How do I restore my purchases?

Open the app → Settings → Restore Purchases. Apple verifies and restores your purchases automatically. You must be signed in with the same Apple ID used at purchase.

The tuner is not detecting my instrument

Check microphone permissions in iOS Settings → Privacy → Microphone → Vivaldi. In the Tuner, open the settings sheet and verify the Mic Preset matches your instrument family.

How do I use Vivaldi with Apple Watch?

The Watch app is bundled — make sure your iPhone and Watch are paired and the Vivaldi Watch app is installed (Watch app on iPhone → Available apps → Install). Then launch Vivaldi on the Watch directly.

How do I connect a Bluetooth foot pedal?

Pair the pedal in iOS Settings → Bluetooth, then in Vivaldi go to Metronome → Pedal Config and assign actions to each pedal button.

Does my data sync across devices?

With the Studio tier, iCloud sync is enabled. Practice sessions, recordings, and settings sync automatically across your Apple devices signed into the same iCloud account.

Where are my recordings stored?

Recordings are stored in the app sandbox. Access them via My Studio → Recordings, or from the Files app under "On My iPad → Vivaldi".

How do I cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open the App Store → tap your profile → Subscriptions → Vivaldi → Cancel.

I lost my Lifetime purchase after reinstalling

Use Restore Purchases (Settings → Restore Purchases). Lifetime is a one-time purchase tied to your Apple ID, never expires.
